From the rehearsal night, I felt all anxiety and responsibility slip from my shoulders as I observed your competent staff pick up the reins and proceed with setup and delivery beyond all expectations. They went to work quietly and expertly in the background to amazing effect. They seemed to be everywhere at once anticipating our every need. One look at the buffet made me realize what a delight we were to have. I had many people tell me directly or indirectly how amazing the food was, Not only was it appealing to the eye but it was wonderfully flavoured and piping hot! I hardly dared to expect a real roast turkey but you delivered the best. Everyone commented on the decadent desserts - how great it was to have homemade ones not bakery bought items.
